Guangdong Inger Geological Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2012 and has been approved as a national high-tech enterprise and a specialized and innovative enterprise. It was listed on the New Third Board in April 2023 and is the only public company in the domestic portable drilling rig industry. In 2024, the company received capital injections from Sany Venture Capital, Gree Group, and Zhongkuang Resources, and developed into a mixed ownership enterprise with state-owned equity participation. The company's main products are modular portable drilling rigs and integral fully hydraulic core drilling rigs, providing customers with intelligent drilling solutions including thin-walled diamond rope core drilling tools, drilling auxiliary equipment, and formulated mud. The portable drilling rig can cover boreholes within 1500 meters, and the drilling depth capability of the integral fully hydraulic drilling rig exceeds 1800 meters. The company's products have distinct characteristics of being lightweight, efficient, and environmentally friendly, providing strong equipment support for the implementation of green exploration in the field of geological exploration. The company adheres to the development strategy of dual wheel drive for drilling equipment manufacturing and overseas drilling engineering construction, with an annual workload of over 100000 meters for overseas drilling construction. We have established five subsidiaries overseas and set up offices in most provincial capitals in China, providing consultancy style sales and butler style services to geological survey units and mining enterprises from zero distance.
