After three months of registration, preliminary evaluation, public announcement, and online voting, the final selection results were freshly announced, and a group of outstanding drillers stood out as shining stars in the industry.

The "Most Beautiful Driller" selection event has attracted numerous outstanding portable drilling machine team leaders from all over the country to participate. They have silently dedicated themselves and worked hard in different drilling projects and job positions. Special thanks to all participants for their support and investment in this selection activity. Looking back at the voting process of this event, most participants actively followed the rules and demonstrated a good competitive style. However, there are also individual instances of irregular voting behavior. He is in charge of 5 Ingersoll EP1000s and has accumulated a total of 12104.43 meters of final drilling work. He has also been awarded the highest monthly drilling efficiency unit honor. In the drilling project of Jianzhupo Mine in Hechi, Guangxi, the Ingersoll EP1000 was used to create the highest deep hole record of 1045.7 meters, the highest daily footage record of 132 meters, and the highest platform efficiency record of 1731.4 meters at that time. Has won multiple honorary titles such as Technical Expert, Excellent Captain, and Excellent Machine from the China Metallurgical Geological Administration.

He has been engaged in drilling construction for 16 years, and has been awarded exemplary individual, Drilling Expert, Excellent Team Leader and Excellent Captain for many times. In the Jianzhupo mining area of Hechi, Guangxi, the Ingersoll EP600PLUS was used to complete a drilling work of 3324.3 meters, achieving excellent results of the highest daily footage of 142 meters and the highest platform efficiency of 2700 meters. As a skilled driller, he also generously imparted his knowledge and experience to every colleague, with nearly a hundred mentors and apprentices, many of whom became captains.

He has been in the industry for 15 years and has won multiple provincial and ministerial level awards, such as "National Geological Exploration Industry Drilling Excellent Talent", "Jiangxi Province Youth Post Expert", "Jiangxi Province Technical Expert", "Jiangxi Province Skilled Worker", etc. Has rich drilling experience in geological solid mineral resources, geothermal, and non excavation engineering. In the Maoling mining area of Yifeng County, he used the Ingersoll EP550 to complete a total of 3153 meters of drilling work and set a record for the highest daily footage of 140 meters. At the same time, as the leader of the Drilling Skills Studio of the Exploration Engineering Institute, I have trained a large number of excellent team leaders and technical backbones for the institute.

He has been in the industry for 30 years, with numerous honors. He is a skilled craftsman of a great country, one of the "Top Ten Loyal Guardians" of the Chinese Armed Police, and the champion of the National Drilling Vocational Skills Competition. He introduced the Ingersoll portable drilling rig into the Zhaishang mining area and successfully solved the drilling problem in deep and thick fractured alteration zones. He used Ingersoll EP600PLUS ZKS84-7 drilling rig to drill at a 45 ° angle, setting a new record for small angle drilling construction at the Xi'an Mineral Resources Survey Center. He is not only a technical expert, but also the soul leader of the team. He has led more than 100 technical backbones, among whom 5 have become machine team leaders, and some backbones have been awarded the title of Shaanxi Industrial Craftsman Talent.

He has been in the drilling industry for 18 years and has a strong sense of innovation. He constantly explores new drilling techniques in his work and holds 3 invention patents and 1 utility model patent, making positive contributions to improving drilling efficiency and quality. His engineering survey results are impressive. In the water resource allocation project around the Beibu Gulf, he used the Ingersoll EP300 to drill a horizontal hole with a cover layer of 100 meters, setting a record for the highest daily footage of 96 meters.

He has worked for 17 years, and has won many awards such as exemplary individual, post master, excellent teacher and apprentice. He has led the crew members to complete dozens of drilling projects and set many records. Among them, EP600PLUS was used in the newly built section of the Sichuan Tibet Railway from Ya'an to Changdu, with a final hole depth of 903.28 meters, setting a record for the deepest hole depth in domestic engineering survey during the same period.

He holds multiple Ingalls drilling records. I have only been in the industry for 7 years and have operated various models such as Ingersoll EP200/600/600PLUS/800, creating multiple records. Among them, the Ingersoll EP200 was used in the Guiyang mining area in Hunan, completing a drilling workload of 1480 meters and setting a record of 89 meters per shift. Using Ingersoll EP800 in the Fuquan phosphate mining area of Guizhou, we achieved excellent results in the final hole with an NTW diameter of 1193.7 meters. Using Ingersoll EP600PLUS in the resource mining area of Guangxi, a drilling record of 1350 meters per month was achieved with one machine and two holes.

He is a model captain and also the most beautiful squad leader! In the detailed exploration drilling project of copper polymetallic in Xiaoniuqun Town, he used Ingersoll EP800 with a diameter of 75, achieving a hole depth of 1142.4 meters and setting a record for the highest platform efficiency of 1500 meters. He has superb drilling skills, whether it is complex geological conditions or high difficulty drilling tasks, he can accurately find the best solution with rich experience and keen insight.

He is the pioneer in using modular fully hydraulic drilling rigs for drilling construction in China. He has been engaged in the drilling industry for 22 years, with a cumulative drilling workload of up to 110439.48 meters and completed hundreds of drilling projects. Among them, Ingersoll EP600PLUS was used in Yushan phosphate mine in Guizhou, successfully drilling 1046 meters and creating a platform efficiency of 1300 meters.

He has been in the industry for 13 years and has operated the entire series of portable hydraulic drilling rigs from Ingersoll EP300-EP1000. Proficient in small angle and inclination construction, among which Ingersoll EP550 was used in the Chongyi Xin'anzi mining area with an inclination of 32 °, setting a record for a hole depth of 701.85 meters. In the Dayu Shilei area, the Ingel EP300 was used with a tilt angle of 45 °, creating a drilling depth record of 546.15 meters.
